I have installed the latest release of osticket and it is wonderful - I am now trying to get piping working - I had it working flawlessley in the vrevious versions
the path to my php according to the cpanel 11 is:
Paths and Directories include_path Windows: "\path1;\path2".:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php
I have created an account support@mydomain.com and changed the forwarder to:
|/usr/lib/php -q /home/username/techdesk/api/pipe.php
I tried adding the local but so far no luck. Any help would be appreciated!!
