Hi, I am using osticket within fantastico deluxe that is within cpanel. I am trying to accept attachments but everything I do has come up with osticket deleting the attachment I send with a test ticket. Also, this is the warning I get on my dashboard
"For security reasons the attachment dir should reside outside the web server path.
If this is not possible due to shared hosting..etc..make sure you create a blank index.html and .htaccess in attachment dir to disable files execution and listing."
I have tried doing what it says to do, but osticket is still deleting my attachments. What in the world do I need to do to fix this.
