osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
I'd like to change what the info message(s) are, but searching through every include and include/client and everything in the standard support directory, I have been unable to locate where this variable is set.
Basically, when someone submits a new ticket, I'd like to change the words:
"Support ticket request created"
"Ticket Submission Successful."
