Infomessage help

I'd like to change what the info message(s) are, but searching through every include and include/client and everything in the standard support directory, I have been unable to locate where this variable is set.

Basically, when someone submits a new ticket, I'd like to change the words:

"Support ticket request created"

to

"Ticket Submission Successful."

    You can find that phrase in open.php.
  • opah.. simple overlook on my end :/

    Thanks mate.
  • Message not in that folder

    The message IS NOT in the vdrsion I have. Where else could it be?

    It's not in thankyou.inc.php either!:(
  • If you are running 1.6ST (which based on where this message thread is posted you are) then the answer is correct:

    /open.php
    Line 31:
    $msg='Support ticket request created';

    If you are not running 1.6ST then you should post to the applicable section of the forums for the version that you are using.
