when a client submits a new ticket, the email dispatched to them contains a link to check the status. when clicking this link, it brings them to a page where their email address and ticket number are filled in on a form. submitting this form takes them to a list of all their tickets.
is there a way to have it take you to this specific ticket instead? i don't understand the point of providing a ticket number it doesn't take you to that specific ticket.
