Hello
I just can't change this, all emails are being sent as email "nobody" .
When customer open ticket he receives email from nobody@mysite.com
How can I change that to noreplay@mysite.com
Moreover I checked the settings in the
1. Settings -> Email Settings -> No Reply Email Address@mydomain.com
2. Emails -> Email Info -> support@mydomain.com
3. Departments -> Dept Email: NoReply@mydomain.com
Anything I'm missing here : Please help me, everything else is working as it should.
I really need to start using this ticketing system as soon as possible.
