I've been using os ticket at my company for several months now, and it is great! I really appreciate all of your hard work on this product. I have one suggestion, though. I am piping email into the system, and whenever a customer's name has a non-English character, the email is bounced. I get around this by creating a new ticket manually, but it would be cool if the system could accept international characters.
