when i create a new ticket some clients are not getting their emails, my hotmail account gets nothing, yet my local server emails get all the test client emails properly - is hotmail blocking osticket?
can any one help me confirm this
im running rc3 still as admin login fails on rc4
to help me test the ticket page is

past that im at a loss, I even created a noreply@squadserver.com email so hotmail wont get a dead email return thinking that was the issue and still nothing comes into hotmail, I've checked my emails to hotmail and they get threw with proper SPF header the works
and i checked ostickets Autoresponders , they are all enabled properly
another thing i noticed are the email headers on the test client emails
Received-SPF: pass (keycity.ca: localhost is always allowed)
client-ip=127.0.0.1
I see this in the client email which sends the ticket# and info, mabey that is what is happening with hotmail? i know they would kill the email if it is still reporting that IP, ans i know my mailenable mail server is properly set up as all my other nuke/phpbbs are working fine
