If i type out a request and click open ticket i will sometimes get an error message if there is an error of some kind in the info i submitted. (i.e. the format of the phone number is incorrect.) It tells me to correct the error and try again, but there is no button to try again once i've corrected the mistake. i have to close out and start over with a brand new ticket. just wanted to share that with you. you should be able to resubmit the same entry.
I cannot reproduce the same thing. If I open a new ticket and enter incorrect information (like the phonenumber), it just says that I need to correct it and I can still hit the "Open ticket" button.
I assume you are using osTicket RC4?
