under the settings tab and under attachment settings i have entered the fields needed to use this feature and the osticket system accepted the enteries; however, the emails are not showing attachments and tickets are not showing attachments as well... when i browse the folder that i created to store attachments... no files show up. please let me know what i might need to do to fix this. thanks so much for your time
Is the attachment directory writable?
Are you sure the path of the directory is set correctly (using the absolute path, ie. /var/www/html/attachments/)
it helps to make the correct permissions to the file folder needed
