I just installed a few days ago, great system! I work for a tech support company and I'd like to customize the ticket view. We remotely fix computers and have a standard worksheet that we do for almost all of our clients. Ideally we would like to have a checklist so we can mark off each step in the repair process. Each ticket would need a default checklist/worksheet on the main ticket view in the staff panel. Here's a basic example:
Install antivirus software
Remove startup items
Check device manager for driver issues
Install windows updates
Called customer at:
etc.
etc.
Has anyone done a mod like this? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I'm savvy enough to mod php but not enough to code it from scratch.
