Thank you for taking your time to look at this,
I am the only one that would make changes and have not done in regards to the setup and configuration for around 3 or so months, this has only been happening recently.
Another issue which is becoming apparent is that when a ticket is created, it sometimes hangs for around 20 seconds and then crashes, what I mean by this is that IE will say "internet connectivity lost", other browsers carry out similar aspects.
The ticket will be created and confirmation emails sent too.
This is so strange and don't want to start from scratch :(
