Hi, I have installed and set up this great bit of software. All is working well and I am really happy with it.
On a test ticket the email sent contains the support email and says to reply to the email. I know I can edit the email template fine. But I want the email to come from and show a non valid noreply address.
I want the users to reply only via the ticket, otherwise they just won't bother using it and just send emails.
any thoughts on this please?
