still pretty new to OSticket but very pleased with it.
The one thing missing at the moment for me is the lack of a simple FAQ/knowledgebase.
I know you have the set answers to use but just want a page that Users can use for simple problems without having to bother me!
So, the best way for this at the moment as far as I can see is to link to an external programs.
I really like Knowledgetree an excellent open-source document management suite.
I don't need any kind of clever interaction between OSticket and Knowledgetree so what I would like to set up is an extra entry on the top menu of the Ticket creation screen for Users, that doesn't look out of place and give a simple link to our Knowledgetree installation.
So, I would really appreciate it if someone could just give me a few tips on which files to change to set this up? Assuming it's as easy as I hope it is!
