Accept Email Ticketing
Well, I went ahead and install the system under a linux box using C-Panel 11. I also added a mail forward to |/usr/bin/php -q /support/api/pipe.php oer documentation. Added 2 groups and added 2 Emails .
My intension is when a user sends an Email from a specific Email address to support@mydomain.com , I want the system to create a ticket and forward it to a specific staff who handles that department.
At this point I can go the support directory and IsTicket can create an Email and it generate and sends Email out when this is happening via the OPEN TICKET screen. But I am trying to get the Email piping going. Any advice would be appreciated.
