I've searched the MOD forum for a modification like this, and I'm actually quite dazzled that I would be the first one to ask something like this.
Problem: when a ticket is resolved, and thus closed, nobody knows. No notification is send to the ticket starter.
In our case, quite a small company and clients we know very well, even collegues, almost always send a reply with "thx" in it, and so reopening the ticket. (Not such a big problem). However, it would be nicer if they get a notice when the ticket is closed. Also, other bigger clients are asking us for such a notification..
So I guess my question is, has somebody made a modification like this? It must be quite simple, but I'm no PHP expert :)
