New Ticket email has incomplete link

When the client gets the new ticket created email, the link to login is incomplete. All of the text is there, but the complete url is not linkabale.

This is what it looks like:

And when the client clicks the link it takes them to my login page but does not completely fill in the fields.

Any ideas?

  • Just noticed that the incomplete link happens in my webmail (I'm using att webmail), but works fine when viewed in my email program entourage. I will check other interfaces.
