i tried it and found it really good but I've a small problem . for user point of view this one little tough to have their ticket no always with then foe log in , instead of email id and ticket id for viewing their ticket status if something like simple log in with mail id and their own chosen password to view ticket status and raising new ticket can be possible then it will be more user friendly i guess.
any help in this regard ???
