Got another quandry.
Given: a combobox on the New Ticket that lists a variety of support request types.
What we'd like is the end-user to make their selection from Combobox_0, which would then spawn Combobox_1, allowing the user to further elaborate, and so forth...
For Example:
is set to "MultiMedia"
is created immediately to the right and offers another column of info from the DB, such as:
"XMMS"
"Real Player"
"VLC Media Player"
"Windows Media Player"
"Other"
Again, any help would be great.
