Support Ticket Thread in Emails
I am wondering if osTicket supports a threaded email reply.
My Clients want the original message and subsequent updates to be appended each time a reply goes out. I know this means each message will increase in size, but they want to be able to view the progression of information without logging in.
Does this exist already or do I need to code a mod?
