Hello,
sorry if this has been already covered. I tried a forum search and couldn't find any matching results.
Anyway, here is my problem. I just received 2 emails from my OSTicket system, containing the following message:
- You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'ost_staff where staff_id=1) and '1'='1'' at line 1
I did not do any changes to my SQL database, as a matter of fact, I haven't touched it in ages. Then I tried to create a new ticket myself and it worked just fine. So, why did it send me this message? Did someone try SQL-injection?
Thanks for your help.
