I´m trying to make an autoresponse on ticket closed. i´ve mod the db adding 2 fields in ost_email_template (ticket_closed_subj, ticket_closed_body)
then add in staff/templates.inc.php the table to show in Emails/Templates
also in scp/admin.php the case part so now i can create and update my closed tiket templates.
the problem is that i dont know how to make it work like the ticket autoresp part.
need help.
