Hi the OS Ticket community!
We have implemented the OS Ticket system in my company (v1.6 RC4).
Here is the issue:
1. When the ticket is received and e-mail is dispatched, the subject of e-mail display "New Ticket Alert " but the ticket number is not populated with the actual value. The body of email contains the right value.
See example below.
There is also a couple of improvements that I would like to implement:
2. Include telephone number in email body
3. Include company name in email body
