I've tried searching around here and I've tried a few things in other threads, but I can't find a solution to my issue.
I installed OSTicket over a year ago (but I recently upgraded and I'm going to try to use it), so some things aren't that fresh in my mind.
I installed OSTicket (1.6 RC5) on my Intranet server, which is a Windows box. Sendmail works fine w/ other applications I use.
The issue I am having w/ OSTicket is when I create a new ticket the e-mail is not sent to the client. however, an e-mail is sent to the admin. If I create a ticket via the admin, the e-mail is not sent either.
If I respond to the ticket though a response is sent to the user.
This kind of has me boggled. Am I missing a setting somewhere? If you need more information just ask and I'll provide as much as I can.
