I might be misunderstanding, but say you have two departments. Domestic and Intl. The International dept, has an email address of intl@domain.com, domestic has an email address of domestic@domain.com. Domestic is the default department.
When an ticket arrives, it is transferred to the International department and assigned to a dept csr. However, when they post a reply the reply is sent as domestic@domain.com and not intl@domain.com. This seems to be wrong from what I have read.
When mail is generated to a client/outsider, shouldn't the departmental email address listed in Departments be used?
