Hello All,
I've been testing osticket today and it looks like if someone reply to a ticket with a different email than the original one used to create the ticket, it will create a new ticket with a subject like that:
#55555 being the original ticket and 666666 the new ticket.
Is there any way to authorize any emails to reply to any ticket? thanks

did this but it still creates a new ticket when I reply to a ticket from a different email address. Any idea's? Do I need to use piped email to do this or is there a way I can do it without enalbilng piping?
There is a very similar line in class.mailfetch.php
