I have made SUPPORT,BILLING and GENERAL ENQUIRES departments but whenever a ticket is sent to any of the departments they all change to SUPPORT unless I manually change them back to their original choice from staff panel.
Any ideas?

Also, Can I add more box's for the ticket options such as..
Domain
cPanel Login Info
and so on.... I am a SHOUTcast and WebHost and allowing my clients to send this info along with their ticket will be helpful.
