I enabled it, I set up two staff members. Myself and another person..Created a test ticket and it sent, I received an email with my ticket number..
Now, I am confused. I can't seem to figure out what to do after that? How are we notified of a new ticket? How do we update/close that ticket? (as staff members)?
I don't want anything to complicated, just a way for members to contact us if they have a problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
