I am receiving hundreds of ticket alerts if I have a support ticket that was issued by a customer via web based interface.
How do I stop the multitude of notices. We just need one alert sent to the designated email address.
We have fetching set at 5 minute intervals. The email address used for fetching support@ is not used by any other system.
We have checked to delete message after fetch.
Not sure what we are doing wrong. A example screen capture of Admin Panel > Settings might be helpful.
