Our main programmmer is busy with other projects and I would like this thing to be integrated to our customer portal by the week-end.
Basically, what we need is to bypass the login section and osTicket use only one session variable that is basically the "Customer ID" from our customer portal in order to list tickets and view tickets.
We want to get rid of the "email / ticketid" login and have the OsTicket system use a Customer ID that has been set previously via another login system from our customer portal.
Queries are already modified to select tickets in database according to this Session variable instead of email. The database is already modified with this extra field (set on ticket creation).
Only missing part is having a link in our portal that goes directly to the tickets without any kind of login information required if the SESSION Variable of the customer ID is already set.
I'm offering $100 USD (Negotiable) for this if this modification to the loging system if this can be done before Monday.
