I agree, when you post a new ticket as a user, it gives you the option of attaching a file right away before the ticket is created.
However, on the staff side, when you create a new ticket, you have to create the ticket first, then after the ticket is created you can add an attachment in the reply to the ticket.
I also need to be able to attach the file at the time the ticket is created. Otherwise two emails get sent to the user/client.
How can we go about adding the attachment function to the Ticket Create Script on the staff side?
