how to downgrade? Majorly annoying email problems

Where can I download older version of OSticket?
This new version has something very wrong with emailing capability and keeps spamming myself with emails like:

Support ticket request denied for [email]sales@unlocksamsungonline.com[/email] Open ticket:5 Max Allowed:5

There is NO autoreply on my email (it had for a couple days but this is off now and I tested that it is actually off), and it also keeps creating new tickets in the ticket system (although this message, so it doesn't even block).
Also 'overlimit notice' is SET OFF in OSticket, and it still does this.

My support email is set to: 'support@..'
and my admin email to 'sales@..'

On sales@ in my inbox Im getting spammed with overlimit noticed and in the OSticket admin with new tickets from 'sales@..' without there actually being any email send from this email. The setting to delete emails from server after fetching in OSticket is ON.

  • This is happening to me right this minute. No idea why. It just started tonight.

    There was never an answer to this post but I'm hoping its an easy fix.
