Is there a way to make customer login before sending in a ticket (via web). We want to use osticket only for our premium support members. Please help.

This feature is currenty not included in osTicket but spposed to be added..what I think now it is Open Support Ticket System (only email and ticket id is required).... and you are asking for a Closed Ticket system.
But I have customized this and added the customer registration module, here admin can create the customer account and customer will be able create ticket after login....
But I need to send it osTicket developers and after code approval you can use it.
