I noticed on the http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_Templates(http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_Templates) page that not all e-mail templates have the same options for a reply. Would it be possible to have all the options available for all e-mails? That way we can modify the responses to have as much or as little info as needed?
For instance, my organization, would like to be able to have the New Ticket Autoresponse include the subject of their ticket as well as the message they entered included in the body of the e-mail.
