I'm using the ticket system and i am very pleased with it's functionality, through i'm missing one essential function.
I have setup the system in such a way that all my clients have seperate departments in which they should add new tickets.
The managers of those clients would like to be able to generate reports so they can see which calls have been made and how I have solved them.
Right now i can make staff-users for those bosses and give them rights to private departments. But they can make changes to the tickets as well! I don't want that. I would like them to read only their departments and generate reports.
