When a user submits a ticket and someone responds, the outgoing e-mail contains an empty from field so when they click Reply, nothing shows up. Anyone know how to fix this?
In which email program do you receive this mails? Outlook, webmail?
Also, are you using the latest version of osTicket?
Yes it is the latest version. I use Outlook Express, but persons who use Yahoo! have had the same issue.
I downloaded OSTicket again and did the install over again and now it is working.
