I would like to provide to my people a gruop of few (4 or 5, no more) different help topic templates adding my own custom fields.
For instance, if my people needs to fill a ticket to request to move a PC from the soket1 to the soket2, I want provide them a form (template) equipped with a field to enter the ID of the soket1 and the ID of the soket2 (plus name, building and so forth).
If they ask to change the PC I want to provide them a form (template) equipped with only the field to enter the ID of the soket1 (soket2 is useless in this case) (plus name, building and so forth).
What I am looking for is a way to create some help topic templates customizing them with my specific custom fields.
How can I do this with osTicket?
