I got a problem;
I use ETicket on http://ticket.helpdesk-online.nl(http://ticket.helpdesk-online.nl). When i'm logged in as a administrator and reply on a ticket with a attachment then the attachment get corrupted. I cannot open it anymore in osticket or the person who recieved it with maill. Het just cannot open it anymore (wrong format).
not as pdf, jpg or so..
Does Eticket coding the files or so?
File type are allowed (i checked that).
Notice also when a new ticket get opend on the website with a file.. same problem.
i tried to open de files in the dir, true plesk control panal i could open a jpg, not PDF.
But i cannot open them in a webbrowser...
