Okay, I will try to explain this as best as I can.
I just completed a new install of OS - Ticket.
To test it, I went to:
http://mydomain.com/helpdesk(http://mydomain.com/helpdesk)
Where I had OS ticket installed.
I entered in a test support ticket, which it took fine.
I then received my email with this link to view it:
http://mydomain.com/helpdesk/view.php?e=email@domain.com&t=390721(http://mydomain.com/helpdesk/view.php?e=email@domain.com&t=390721)
When I click on the ticket to view, it takes me to a screen that says please log in. It won't let me view the message replied by admin for the ticket.
Sometimes it says access denied.
I see nowhere in this system where the customer actually has to register first. They simply type in their email when they get to the main help desk screen and their problem. There is no REGISTER option.
Plus, the date of the ticket says 1969.
Please help. I am totally baffled.
