I'm just setting up and trying out OSticket for the first time.
When a user opens a new ticket I receive notification as Admin.
When he responds (i.e adds a message) I don't appear to get notification
- and would like to !
My settings in Alerts and Notices are:
- New Message alert: Enabled for Last respondent and Assigned staff
and in the Department
- Auto Responders; New Message: Enabled
though I think this refers to the automatic reply to the
user that "Your reply to support request #12345 has been noted"
