As we know, we can auto create a ticket based on email.The subject from the email will be a subject of the ticket.Is it anyways that we can auto assign to department based on the content of the subject from the email??
I too would like this feature. It is the only thing keeping my using osTicket. Without this feature this program is of no use to me.
Never mind I just threw in some code myself and it seems to be working.
I added some if(preg_match) lines to class.mailfetch.php and defined the $var variable with that.

Don't need a mod, use the Ticket Filters, you can specify help-topics, departments, sla's.. all sorts of things..scp/filters.php?a=add
