Similar goals
Hey hey,
Looks like we are going for the same thing. After a quick look through the source code it doesn't really look like the help topic is stored with each ticket, only used to set the Department and Priority of a ticket.
Currently looking into adding ticket_Id into the ticket table then just using that as a foreign key to the help topic table,
Anyways it's all good fun, let me know if i'm going astray :) or any other pointers would be nice,
