osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
I've just downloaded the osTicket's Latest Release, uploaded to the server and configured it. When I open a ticket to test the system, I noticed that the visitors/customers, do not receive the email with the ticket # and link for tracking purposes.
The email is returned with the following error message attached:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
Gid 32038 is not permitted to relay mail, or has directly called /usr/sbin/exim instead of /usr/sbin/sendmail.
How do I correct this problem so that the visitiors/customers, will receive the email after opening a ticket.
