Greetings,
I am considering osTicket and am liking what I am seeing a lot.
I want my customers to be able to send attachments with their tickets, but I'm concerned about the space that will take up over the long term. Is there any way to configure a setting so that all attachments with a given ticket will expire N days after the ticket is closed (where N is configurable by the admin/me) and then are automatically deleted? Also, I'd want the clock to stop and reset if for some reason the ticket was reopened.
I would like something like the above because the attachments don't need to be kept long term, but I'd like to be able to keep the tickets for some time. I also wouldn't want to delete attachments immediately upon closing a ticket because that would be too soon.
From looking at the settings and such I have not found a way to do the above. Is this currently possible? How do others handle attachments?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts, suggestions, etc.
:)
