This product's great from what little I've seen of it so far. I have a couple of questions :
1) Is it OK to customize the user-end interface (index.php) that customers will see when they go to either open up a new ticket or check the status of an existing one (and of course, the 2 other pages connected to that page - open.php and view.php)?
By customizing, I'm talking about the look of those pages so that they look integrated with the rest of my site - would involve removing the logo at the top and swapping the images for my own and so on. I understand that I will need to leave the copy right as it is.
2) If that is not acceptable, what else besides the copyright at the bottom should be displayed on the page that's displaying by default? And also, is there a limit on the number of customers / tickets the system can handle?
