I would like to use this system with my clients where they can login and only see there own ticket not all the tickets. Can this be done with your system? The support people can see all the calls. Client cam only close their own calls individually?
With osTicket clients will only be able to view there own tickets and not those of other clients.
Perhaps you can just download and install osTicket to give it a try and see what it can.

Yes, clients are able to open and view there own tickets. Closing a ticket can only be done by staff members.
