I have set the global setting to allow the attachment , the staff site is working good, able to attach the files, but the client site can not, can anyone give me some help please.
by the way , I have create a attachment folder called "attachment" at the root directory of Osticket, so for the attachment folder setting I put "../attachment" ,when I attach the file at staff side, the file was attached successfully , but the folder always empty, does anyone know where the osticket keep the attachment?
