I sended a test e-mail to the support adres and after that made a reply on it in the support center and replied that again whit the e-mail adress. However is seems it does remake the same ticket all the same
I got now 4 ticked id's whit the same e-mail. All 4 are exact the same as the first e-mail was send. So its getting stuck in the mail box or something?
EDIT: They just comming again and again whit or whitout a reply
EDIT2: Problem seems to be solved whit activating "Delete fetched message(s)"
