When an email is "piped" from "USER@USER.COM (matches email in an existing ticket)" that contains a TICKET # in the subject (ticket # matches an existing ticket #) we want it to create a REPLY under the existing ticket. Also, if it contains a variable "COMPLETED" we want it to switch the ticket's department.
Can this be done? Can it be done easily?
