What do you mean with forward "your contactpage"?
All information in our contact page, are forwarded to our email. We would like to forward all our emails from that email to osticket..

What I meant was, that perhaps it is a possibility to create a new email address (ie. support@yourdomain.com) and when people submit your contactpage you sent this email to this new address (if you like you can sent it to more addresses off course).
Then you need to set up osTicket so that it reads the messages in the mailbox of this address (this is a basic option in the Admin Panel under Emails).
So basically:
* Client submits your contactpage
* An email with the information is send to a specific address (or more then one)
* osTicket reads the messages of the specific address and automaticly creates a ticket.
