I installed the latest release on my bluehost account which is running CP version 11. I have set my email forwarding instructions correctly (as told in the Wiki) and chmoded the pipe.php file appropriately. osTicket is able to receive emails and create tickets from them but the user gets a mail delivery error (see below). Also, the system is not able to send outbound emails. Here is the returned email message that the user gets when sending an email to the piped email address.
